Amazing place! They are a donation center and distribution center. If you have food that you'd like to donate, please bring it here. They do have emergency food if you're in need and can direct you to the food banks in the area for further help. They are always looking for volunteers, too.
What a great organization helping people in our community. One of my favorite places to volunteer and they have an amazing staff of employees and volunteers that are all very passionate about helping others.

Great place to volunteer, regularly or just as you are able. Call ahead to pick up barrels for a food drive and let them know when to expect you to return with the food. (King Soopers is great about letting you set up drives in front of their stores!)
Money is always best, so turn in cash donations at the office after dropping off food at the donation station.
These people truly care! I had some canned food that I wanted to donate, already loaded into my vehicle by friends, (when they could). I arrived at Care & Share a little after closing, and found an employee who cheerfully and kindly helped me to unload the heavy cans. I was so thankful, because it would have been challenging to take the cans back home and carry them a long distance back into my home, to prevent freezing. Heads-up: They take expired food. Canned food lasts longer than the dates, often, and food is needed desperately enough that it won't go to waste! We have a deal: I am supposed to take whatever food I don't want/can't use in a reasonable amount of time, and, Care & Share makes the call what is safe to pass on. Great place! Nice people!
Very nice people who were so nice and helpful to me. What a relief that I’ll have food to make it till I get my next check. I am a disabled senior and I count this as “ going out”. I always get to talk to these nice people when I’m there. I have both donated and received help with food here. God Bless them all.
